Burdock Root Tisane has a naturally earthy, grounding flavor with a gentle sweetness that deepens as it steeps. The taste is often described as smooth, woodsy, and slightly nutty—comforting in a way that feels both rustic and refined. It brews into a warm, amber cup that’s mellow enough for everyday sipping yet distinctive enough to stand out in a wellness lineup.
Tasting Notes: Earthy and woodsy, lightly sweet, with soft herbal depth and a clean finish.
Culinary Uses: Great for strong infusions used in broths, grain cooking water, smoothies, or simple syrups.
Crafting Uses: Adds earthy charm to potpourri, simmer‑pots, and rustic herbal sachets.
Crafted with burdock root.

Steeping & Enjoying
While there are varying ranges for tea brewing temperatures and times, the following is our favorite when we brew our teas and tisanes. Please feel free to experiment with quantity, time, and temperature to find your favorite cup of tea.
Tisanes: 1 tsp loose-leaf | 8 oz water | 208°F | Steep 4-7 min.
1 oz loose-leaf makes ~ 10-15 cups | 2oz loose-leaf makes ~ 20-25 cups of tea
Happy Steeping!
