Our Reservation Policy
At Ms. B's Tea Room & Bistro, we understand that your time is valuable, and we want to make sure that your visit with us is as enjoyable as possible. We encourage guests to make a reservation, as it allows us to prepare for your arrival and provide the best possible service. You can easily reserve a table online or by calling us directly, and we'll be happy to assist you with any special requests or dietary restrictions. In order to facilitate clear expectations regarding reserving tables, please see our reservation policy:

Ms. B’s Teas Tea Room & Bistro is open between 7:30 am and 4:00 pm, Wednesday to Friday and 10:00 am and 4:00 pm Saturday and Sunday. We can seat up to 40 guests at one time, but we are only able to accommodate so many guests within each half hour period in order to ensure that you receive the best level of service from us, and we do ask that once you have secured a reservation at a particular time that you adhere to that time.

Booking
If a reservation is made, then the table is yours for the whole of service and we do not normally ask you to vacate a table. However, should you arrive more than 15 minutes after your booking time without forewarning, then you forfeit your table to another group. (Your no-show results in lost revenue for us so we do not hold tables longer than 15 minutes.)
Should you arrive after your booking time, we may need to hold you back to a later time to ensure the best possible level of service to all our guests.
We reserve the right to cancel an unconfirmed reservation.
Children
Children are welcome at Ms. B’s. Menu and pricing remain the same for children and they will be included in the total size of the party.
We currently have one highchair available.
Special Requests
It is essential that we are notified of any specific dietary requirements prior to your visit to ensure that we can cater for you appropriately. If you have not informed us at the point of booking, please contact Ms. B’s to discuss your requirements with a member of our team as soon as possible.
Special requests, especially those given at the last minute, are not guaranteed.
Outside Food
We do not permit outside food in the Tea Room & Bistro; this includes celebration cakes. We make celebration cakes and will be happy to work with you to create a cake for your party. Please note this requires advanced preparation and ordering so they are not available at the last minute.

Ms. B’s Teas does not accept checks. All other standard methods of payments are accepted, including American Express and ApplePay.

For all bookings, failure to notify us of a cancellation or any change to the number of guests at least 24 hours prior to your booking, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of $15 per person.
Cancellation Policy
Ms. B’s Teas’ continued viability relies on reservations being honored by our guests, and adequate notice being given of any changes or cancellations.
Accordingly, the following applies:

We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for any booking that is canceled, or if numbers are reduced without prior notice.

For all bookings, you must notify us of a cancellation or any changes to the number of guests at least 24 hours prior to your booking.

Ms. B’s Teas reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of $15 per person for any bookings changed or canceled within this 24-hour notice period.

The cancellation fee reflects the cost incurred by Ms. B’s Teas in terms of staffing, food, and any lost revenue as a result of turning away other potential bookings.

We will notify you if any cancellation fee is applied.

Any bookings which fail to turn up without any prior notice, will also incur a $15 per person fee.
