While there are varying ranges for tea brewing temperatures and times, the following is our favorite when we brew our teas and tisanes. Please feel free to experiment with quantity, time, and temperature to find your favorite cup of tea.
Tisanes: 1 tsp loose-leaf | 8 oz water | 208°F | Steep 4-7 min.
1 oz loose-leaf makes ~ 10-15 cups | 2oz loose-leaf makes ~ 20-25 cups of tea
