Ginger Root is a vibrant, naturally warming herbal infusion with a bright, zesty kick. Its pure ginger character brews into a golden, aromatic cup that feels both invigorating and grounding—perfect for chilly days, slow mornings, or anytime you want a little internal glow. The flavor is bold yet smooth, offering that signature ginger warmth without heaviness.
Tasting Notes: Lively spice, fresh ginger heat, soft citrusy lift, and a clean, lingering finish.
Culinary & Crafting Uses: Ginger Root shines far beyond the teacup. Use it as a flavorful base for homemade syrups, winter mocktails, or spiced lemonades. It’s lovely for poaching fruit, adding warmth to oatmeal, or infusing baked goods with gentle ginger depth. For crafting, its fragrant dried pieces make a cozy addition to potpourri blends, simmer‑pot mixes, or handmade sachets.

Steeping & Enjoying
While there are varying ranges for tea brewing temperatures and times, the following is our favorite when we brew our teas and tisanes. Please feel free to experiment with quantity, time, and temperature to find your favorite cup of tea.
Tisanes: 1 tsp loose-leaf | 8 oz water | 208°F | Steep 4-7 min.
1 oz loose-leaf makes ~ 10-15 cups | 2oz loose-leaf makes ~ 20-25 cups of tea
