While there are varying ranges for tea brewing temperatures and times, the following are our favorites when we brew our teas and tisanes. Please feel free to experiment with quantity, temperature, and time to find your favorite cup of tea.
Green tea: 1 tsp loose-leaf | 8 oz water | 170°F | Steep 3 min.
