Peach Oolong
While there are varying ranges for tea brewing temperatures and times, the following are our favorites when we brew our teas and tisanes. Please feel free to experiment with quantity, temperature, and time to find your favorite cup of tea.
Oolong tea: 1 tsp loose-leaf | 8 oz water | 190°F | Steep 4 min.
1 oz loose-leaf makes ~ 10-15 cups | 2oz loose-leaf makes ~ 20-25 cups of tea

Returns
To ensure the best quality for all our customers, we accept returns only if the item is unused, in its original, unopened packaging, and returned within 15 days of purchase. Opened tea packages cannot be returned. A receipt is required for all returns.
Refunds
Once your return is inspected at our tea room, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed via the original payment method.
Exchanges
We gladly replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged product for the same item, bring it to Ms. B’s Tea Room for inspection.
Shipping & Pick-Up
As a small, locally owned business, we currently do not offer shipping for online purchases. All items purchased online must be picked up at Ms. B’s Tea Room, located at 4883 Iowa Street, Clayton, Indiana 46118.
