Luncheons, Meetings, & Other Celebrations

In addition to our Afternoon Tea Service, Ms. B’s Tea Room provides a lovely setting for all types of special celebrations. We have semi-private areas that can be used for Tea-vents or you can rent the entire tea room.

To date, we have hosted baby and bridal showers, birthday parties, study sessions, crafting and game club meetings, business/group meetings, and celebrations of life.

Luncheon Menu

Starting at $18/person


Our luncheon menu is served community style and Includes:

  • Choice of 3 types of sandwiches from our daily menu (a specialized menu can be created; additional fees may apply depending on ingredients and number of guests),​

  • Mixed green salad with dressing,

  • Fruit Salad,

  • Scone with jam, curd, & clotted cream,

  • Dessert, and

  • Beverage (hot or iced tea, hot coffee, or lemonade)

Tea-Vent Details

Group Host: We ask that each group have only one contact person. This will be the person that does the booking, makes arrangements, and holds the deposit for the party. Contact between Ms. B’s Teas and Hosts will be via email.


Advance notice: We require a minimum of 72-hour notice for Tea-Vent planning.


Deposit:  When booking a Tea-vent at Ms. B’s Teas, there is a $150 non-refundable deposit to hold date and time. This deposit is applied to the final bill and the balance will be charged on the day of your tea-vent.


Service Fee: A 20% service fee will be applied to all Tea-vents.


Special Requests & Allergies: Hosts may request a special menu at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate special requests. We can offer vegetarian, vegan, keto, or gluten-free items. Please note that special menu requests may require additional fees. 

All special requests, including a list of any food allergies, must be submitted in writing prior to the 10-day count. Please note that while every effort is made to prevent cross-contamination, Ms. B’s kitchen does produce items with gluten, dairy, and nuts and is not a dedicated gluten/allergen-free kitchen.

Seatings:  Each seating has a 2-hour time limit per table that begins from the reserved arrival time, not the actual arrival time. 

  • Late arrivals do not receive an extension of time so please ask your guests to arrive on time so they may enjoy the full tea experience. 

  • Please call us if you are running late so we can try our best to accommodate your party.

  • Thank you for understanding that end times are firm and necessary so we may serve guests at the following seating. Late fees of $25.00 for each additional 15-minute increment will be charged for parties exceeding their allotted time. 


Policies: These policies have been put in place to keep all of our guests and employees safe and to ensure the most enjoyable experience for all. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

  • Capacity: Final headcount is due by the 10-day count. Children must be included in your guest count. We are not able to “squeeze” in extra guests who have not been included in your final count.

    • For Luncheons, Meetings, & Other Celebrations: 20 (Over 20 will require full Tea Room rental).

  • Children: Please include all children in your final headcount. We have one highchair available for guest use.

  • Guest Count: Final guest count is due 10 days prior to your event date. Host must make sure that the number of guests does not over-exceed the guaranteed number. We do not “squeeze” in guests.

  • Food & Beverage: No outside food, beverages, or alcohol permitted.

  • Decorations: Only tabletop decorations may be brought into the tea room. Please do not bring anything with glitter or confetti. (If decorations create extra clean-up, extra cleaning fees will be applied.)

  • Gifts: Gifts may be brought in, but we ask that you please notify us at the time of reservation so we can make arrangements for them. 

  • Smoking: Ms. B’s does not permit smoking inside the tea room, outside on the patio, or within 8 feet of entry doors of our establishment.

  • Perfumes, colognes, aftershaves, and other strong scents: Due to the correlation between scents and asthma or other breathing difficulties, please refrain from wearing strong scents while visiting Ms. B’s Teas. Thank you for your assistance.

  • Decorum: While visiting Ms. B’s Teas civil and respectful decorum is expected.

  • Damage: The group’s contact person is responsible for any damage caused to the facility by, or as a direct result of their event or guests, and subject to additional charges to cover damages.

  • Laws: Guests agree to comply with all applicable city, county, state, and federal laws and shall conduct no illegal act on the premises. This is a drug free and non-smoking facility/property.

  • Liability: Guests agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Ms. B’s Teas LLC, its landlord, owners, employees, and agents harmless of and from any liabilities, costs, penalties, or outside expenses arising out of and/or resulting from the use and rental of the premises.
